For over 30 years, in programmatic, executive and consulting roles, Roi Ewell has demonstrated his ability to create and implement innovative solutions that boost the performance of organizations, while providing broader stakeholder benefit. With leadership expertise in corporate affairs, strategic sustainability planning, philanthropy and human resources management Roi has worked with a wide range of industries and institutions.
Before founding his own consulting firm-Ewell & Associates, LLC in 2015, Roi held several senior leadership positions with SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment Inc., and Anheuser-Busch Companies. Most recently he served as corporate vice president of industry affairs and corporate social responsibility for SeaWorld. Previously, Roi served as corporate vice president of government and industry affairs and as vice president of human resources.
Roi has also served as the senior group director of corporate marketing and communications at Anheuser-Busch Companies. For nearly nine years, Roi has taught business leadership courses at the University of California-San Diego and media related courses at Hampton University.
Roi serves or has served on several national industry boards and is a long-time trustee for Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California. Roi earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Norfolk State University and a Master’s degree in Personnel Administration from Golden Gate University.
